Recently I have been on a mission to be as healthy as possible. It is always challenging to change something about your life, so to make the transition easier I started with taking baby steps. I started with water. I try to drink as much water a day as I can. My goal is 4 l per day. I have been able to drink 2l per day so far. We are supposed to drink 8 glasses of water per day, but for me it's annoying to go every minute to fill up my glass so I stick with bottles.
